Terms and Conditions for services provided by



Account details and website content:
customers must keep all passwords to MyWebToNet WebHosting systems secure. You must not reveal your passwords to third parties unless they've been valeted by the customer not to be of any concern in relation to the terms and condition determined by us. The customer must keep scripts uploaded to our servers secure and updated. Scripts must be made in a way so they do not overload our or any other server on the Internet.
Customer must keep their contact details current and correct. Any loss of data or loss of domain names related to inadequate information on the customers account is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Prohibited content and use of services:
does not allow any pornography or sex related merchandising, this includes sites that may imply sexual content, or link to adult content elsewhere.
Websites that promote any illegal activity, content or files that may be damaging to our servers. This also includes any other server on the Internet or elsewhere.
Medical, psychiatric, psychology, illegal, get rich quick schemes or any form of racist material.
Distribution of music and/or video files or any other type of material for which the account holder does not own the copyright, license or the right to redistribute.
Any form of e-mail marketing, also known as spam. Servers must not be used to mass e-mailing in any form.
Distribution of software containing viruses or any form of malware.
Hosting, distributing, or linking to sites selling pharmaceuticals.
Any material which MyWebToNet WebHosting determines, at its sole discretion, to be unlawful, indecent, racist or objectionable.
Selling and/or providing access to allocated space on our servers to third party.

Server maintenance:
We might have, from time to time, to perform maintenance, upgrades or replacements to our servers. We reserve the right to suspend access to such server during the required time to do the maintenance, upgrade or exchange the server, for no more than 4 hours. In this event, the users affected will be sent an e-mail at least 24 hours before the due date and time for maintenance. In case we have an important security update that must be applied the customer will not receive prior notice as safety is a primary concern and have first priority. We provide information about maintenance on our servers from the server status information link.

Backup and file storage:
We may provide a backup service for your site, however, we do not accept responsibility for any failure of any our backup mechanisms. In case the customer or scripts uploaded by the customer deletes any files, database content or e-mails we may be able to restore the content to its previous stage however we may charge a fee for the service. We keep backup of the users files, databases and e-mail up to 48 hours on our remote backup servers this however not a guarantee that the users files, databases or e-mails are backed up. Backup processes are usually performed at night time, any new data arriving on our servers, this can be files uploaded by the users, database content or e-mail, are not backed up during the day so accidental deleting by the user or any other function on the users mail client or website during the gap between the backup schedules cannot be restored. Customers are responsible for keeping a current copy of all website, database and e-mail content on their own backup systems. MyWebToNet WebHosting can not be held responsible for any damage caused to your business or yourself, even if the damage is directly of indirectly caused by one of our employees.

Support, and how to get in contact with us:
MyWebToNet WebHosting provides technical support to our customers using the support request form. MyWebToNet WebHosting provides support related to the websites physical functioning, e-mail systems and general content provided by us. MyWebToNet WebHosting does not offer technical support for application specific issues such as PHP programming, html, script installation or any other such issue that is not related to services provided by us even if the installed services are provided by us in the form as autoinstallers, webmail systems or similar applications.
You may request additional technical support for issues which are not covered by our normal support. Our standard technical support rate is the equivalent of 30 GBP + VAT per half hour, paid in advance. If the support required is not within our expertise we might pass your support request on to a third party. Our support department is open Monday to Friday between 9:00 to 16:00. If a support enquiry is outside our opening hours the typical respond time is 4-8 hours. Our support department also deals with complaints about our services and also deals with any abuse issues. We can be contacted on the link provided above. The usual respond time to queries is less than 24 hours. If a customer is dissatisfied with our services we will usually provide a refund if the issues are caused by us. Domain names are not refundable.

Uptime guarantee:
We have an availability guarantee of 99.99% availability per year. If this guarantee is not met, we will, on request, credit your hosting with 1 day hosting for every 6 hours your site or e-mail is down, up to a maximum credit of 30 days in any calendar year.

Change to terms and conditions:
We may modify any of these terms and conditions contained, at any time and at our sole discretion. Changes to the terms and condition will be notified by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site. Your continued participation now, or within thirty (30) days following the posting notice of any changes in these terms and conditions, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of such rules, changes or modifications. If any modification is unacceptable to you, repayment of any prepaid hosting will only occur if the change in the terms and conditions depletes the services provided by us.

Payments and VAT
We participate in the "One Stop VAT" scheme, that mean that our customers will be charged the VAT rate in their own country, this includes private individuals and companies. Companies that are charged their local VAT can/must claim this back from their own VAT authorities, all customers are charged VAT if they're living in the European Union.

Payment disputes:
If the customer disputes a payment through their credit card company or any other financial institution processing payments, we may immediately suspend or terminate the services the customer has purchased from us. We may levy a charge of the equivalent of 25 GBP + VAT per dispute instance, payable before we restore the customer's services. If we are charged a chargeback settlement fee, or other fee related to the payment dispute, we may pass this fee onto the customer. Any loss of data in the period where the services are taken down are not 's responsibility.

Termination of services:
The customer must cancel any services, with us, at least 30 days in advance. The customer is invoiced 30 days prior to the end of the current subscription for the domain name or the service related to the domain name or any other service provided by us. Termination of services will be performed the date where the current subscription expires. Loss of data because of incorrect termination eq. loss of domain name, e-mail or any other service provided by us are the sole responsibility of the customer. Termination of services must be performed using our cancel services form. No other form of cancellation is accepted. We may suspend any or all of your services where we have reason to suspect a violation of our terms and conditions whilst we investigate the suspected violation. The suspected violation might not be indirectly or directly caused by the customer. If the website, database servers or e-mail accounts are flooded or there is a denial of service attack that overloads our servers we may terminate the services at our discretion.

Domain names and hosting packages:
All domain names are registered with a "first come first served" basis. Domain names may appear to be available at the time of ordering but at the time of registration are no longer available. Under these circumstances the amount paid will be refunded in full unless the unavailability is caused by the customer. The availability of the domain name is checked at the time of ordering. If the order or the incurred invoice is paid late and the domain name is no longer available as purchased by a thrid party in the meantime, an admin fee will be charged (typically the transaction fee paid by us to process the payment). Renewal of domain names is done by our system for domain names where we are the billing contact and where we are responsible for the renewal, all domains/hosting packages are renewed 30 days prior to the expiration date. Any late payments that may cause the domain name to stop working are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a customers payment for a given domain name's renewal is received too late for the renewal process to be done in time, the domain name might go into redemption. To renew a domain name in redemption might cause a fee of up to the equivalent of 95 GBP + VAT. The fee for renewing a domain name in redemption has to be prepaid by the customer before the redemption process is performed. Any time spent by us caused by the user, transferring away from our system, may incur a fee. The fee is typically the equivalent of 10 GBP + VAT and must be paid in advance.

Domain names that contain other characters than the standard characters a-z 0-9 . - cannot be used for e-mail and are website only domain names. The international standard for e-mail addresses does not allow non-standard characters used for e-mail.

Cybersquatting is not tolerated and will cause your domain order to be terminated and your payment refunded.

When registering domain names there are separate terms and conditions that must be fully understood and accepted. Before ordering any service related to registering or transferring a domain name to or from our system, please read and accept:

The wording for registration of .DK domains, and the terms DK-hostmaster requires you to accept, are these:

Your application for the specified .dk domain name will be sent to DK Hostmaster A/S. DK Hostmaster A/S will contact you per email to enter into an agreement on the right to use the domain name according to the terms and conditions that apply hereto. This is a condition for becoming registrant of the domain name. Please note that you must inter into the agreement no later than 4 days after you received the email from DK Hostmaster.

In this context, you agree, pursuant to Section 18 (2) (13) of the Danish Consumer Contract Act, to renounce the right to withdraw from the agreement on the right to use the specified .dk domain name. Furthermore, you give your consent for DK Hostmaster A/S, as domain administrator, to use your personal data in accordance with its personal data policy.


The above mentioned are also the third parties which pass on your details to, typically name, address, e-mail address, phone number and/or other minimum requirements to register a domain name. All information we pass on to third party are transmitted in a secure session.

.DK domain activation
For customers residing in Denmark there is a requirement that the customer is validated via NemID. If you do not have a Nemid you will not be able to acticate your .DK domain name and the domain name will not work. Activation of a domain name is not something we can help with, it's a process that is done by the customer in DK-hostmaster A/S system. If a customer has a problem with activation with Nemid the customer must contact DK-hostmaster directly.

Violation of the terms and conditions:
If the customer or any party related to the customer violates our terms and conditions we may terminate or suspend any services the customer has with . In this case no refund will be given for any payments that have been, or are made by the customer to . Termination of services might be temporary or indefinite. We may levy an investigation charge per instance of the equivalent of 20 GBP + VAT.

Account deletion:
An account can be deleted if there is no active services on the account. If there is no active services the account can be deleted in the Account icon on our front page. If there is any payments or invoices on the account, and these are less than 6 years old, the account cannot be deleted as we must keep record of transactions linked to the account.

Location of data and who has access to data:
All data on our system are located within the EU and are therefore under EU law. We do not provide access to our systems, either primary or secondary (as for example backup) to any third party.

Cancellation and refunds:
MyWebToNet WebHosting will accept a request to cancel a service and give a full refund to any customer who requests a refund and cancellation within 30 days of ordering. Domain name registrations cannot be cancelled and are not refundable. The admin fee for any refund is the equivalent of 15 GBP + VAT.
