Issue credit note for unpaid invoice

If you have cancelled your domain/hosting and you still have an unpaid invoice, you can request an immidiate cancellation. When you request an immidiate cancellation the service for the hosting and the domain renewal (not if it is a .DK domain which is a seperate process) will be done within a couple of minutes. You can only request a credit note for an invoice that is unpaid and if the service is in a cancellation process.
